SF Chinese New Year Parade ‘09

San Francisco has the largest population of Chinese in America so I knew the Chinese New Year Parade here must be a really big one…so we went to check it out.
Look how long the parade route is:
It was a really cool parade and well organized. Lots of fun for everyone, interesting and entertaining. Except getting out of the streets was a different story!

Afterwards, we rushed to join our friend Chris’ Birthday dinner at an all-u-can-eat sushi restaurant in the North Beach area called Sushi Hunter. He had over 30+ friends there! I don’t think I even know that many people! Happy Birthday Chris.
