Thanksgiving Chinese style
Written by admin on November 28, 2008 – 7:28 pm -For Thanksgiving this year, we went over to my sister-in-law’s parents’ house for the gathering…Chinese style. They had about 20+ relatives over. We had traditional turkey, ham, mash potatoes, etc…plus steamed fish, mapo tofu, eggplant dish, dumplings and others.
We made brownies and homemade apple pie to bring. Well, Azusa did. I helped stir.

Company potluck pre-Thanksgiving
Written by admin on November 27, 2008 – 11:51 am -We had a potluck at my work on Wednesday before Thanksgiving weekend. It was really a Mexican Thanksgiving since the main entree was homemade nachos! Yummy!!
Can’t wait for the BIG Thanksgiving dinner tonight!!
