A Company Picnic At the Zoo
Written by admin on October 11, 2009 – 5:17 pm -Last weekend, my company had a picnic at the San Francisco Zoo. We hadn’t been there before so it was great to have a company gathering there. Unfortunately, it was a little windy that day so we didn’t stay too long. However, we did get to walk around enough to see a bit of everything.

…And later that night, our good friend, Yukiko, was in town from L.A. so we met up with her and Giselle for dinner at Ristorante Milano, a small Italian restaurant in the Russian Hill district nearby.

My Weekly Exercise…Walking to Work!
Written by admin on February 2, 2009 – 5:45 pm -I work in the downtown area just below Market St, which is the biggest street of San Francisco.
Frequently, I take the bus to work or at times, I’ll walk to work when it’s a nice day (only because it’s all downhill and less than 30 minutes). It’s actually quite fun and you get to breathe the morning fresh air here in San Francisco.
The streets are busy with people going to work, on buses and on foot. Cafes and restaurants, as well as quick foods are readily available just steps outside the buildings.
I’ve taken some pictures from my walk and some of the things I see going to and from work. It’s nice to work in the city and to be so close to where I live. It also helps when it’s for a great company.

Company potluck pre-Thanksgiving
Written by admin on November 27, 2008 – 11:51 am -We had a potluck at my work on Wednesday before Thanksgiving weekend. It was really a Mexican Thanksgiving since the main entree was homemade nachos! Yummy!!
Can’t wait for the BIG Thanksgiving dinner tonight!!
